Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC bending machines and related equipment.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.

Select appropriate tooling and machine parameters for bending operations.

Perform machine adjustments to achieve required dimensions and tolerances.

Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers.

Monitor production quality and identify defects or deviations.

Conduct routine machine maintenance and cleaning activities.

Maintain accurate production records and reports.

Follow workplace safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.

Coordinate with production supervisors, quality inspectors, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
