Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented ITI CNC Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in operating CNC machines and interpreting technical drawings to produce high-precision components for our furniture and equipment range.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines (lathe/milling/wood router) as per production requirements.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.

Load raw materials and monitor the machining process to ensure accuracy and quality.

Measure and inspect finished products using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).

Maintain machines by conducting regular preventive maintenance and reporting issues promptly.

Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Collaborate with the production and quality teams to meet daily output targets.

Record and report machine performance and production logs.
