CNC Machine Operator (1-2 Years)

1)ability to perform basic cnc machine operations working from blueprints, drawings and procedures.

2)ability to communicate in english, understand and follow oral and written english instructions.

3)able to read and understand basic cnc part programs.

5)ability to perform quality checks using verniers, micrometers, ring gauges, plug gauges and pin gauges.

6)willingness to work in a team based environment and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

7)understand process improvement, component identification, material identification and inventory awareness.

8)reduce lead times by following preset & set-up processes.

9)may set-up, operate, and maintain drill press, and turret lathe.

10)set-up, operate and maintain 1 or more cnc machines.

11)work from production orders to perform designated operations.
