SR Cloud Engineer

must be proficient

1. at least 7+ years of experience in (l3 skills) (aws, linux, terraform, kubernetes, jenkins)

2. experience working in aws/azure/gcp cloud technologies

3. practical experience with docker containerzation and clustering (kubernetes/eks)

4. setup and management of kubernetes cluster, including writing dockerfile and helm charts

5. design, test and implement continuous integration and deployment pipelines using bitbucket/github, jenkins.

6. experience working with different services like ec2, rds, iam, vpc, lambda in aws

7. experience in creating infrastructure in aws using terraform/cloudformation.

8. strong terraform skills to deploy infrastructure as a code.

nice to have

1. should demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills

2. strong understanding of dns, tcp/ip, ssl, firewalls and networking concepts (vpc, subnetting, vpns, etc)

3. experience with configuration management tools ( ansible, chef)

4. understanding of monitoring tools (newrelic, pagerduty, splunk, cloudwatch etc)

5. strong communication and documentation skills

6. ability to learn and apply new technologies through self-learning
