Customize and integrate the Oracle Service Cloud for our customers using web development methodologies and oracle policy automation.

Role: Oracle Service Cloud Consultant

Skills:

• 3-5 years of Cloud CRM solution expert knowledge / experience (Oracle/Right Now CX)

• Experience in implementing application solutions

• Must have strong analysis and troubleshooting skills.

• Experience in identifying, analysing and documenting Business Requirements

• Experience in establishing business process workflows in regards to Public / Agent facing UI.

• Technical experience in configuring Oracle/Right Now CX components

• Oracle Service Cloud Connect experience a plus
