Customize and integrate the Oracle Service Cloud for our customers using web development methodologies and oracle policy automation.

Role: Oracle Service Cloud Consultant

Skills:

3-5 years of Cloud CRM solution expert knowledge / experience (Oracle/Right Now CX)

Experience in implementing application solutions

Must have strong analysis and troubleshooting skills.

Experience in identifying, analysing and documenting Business Requirements

Experience in establishing business process workflows in regards to Public / Agent facing UI.

Technical experience in configuring Oracle/Right Now CX components

Oracle Service Cloud Connect experience a plus
