Job Description:

We are hiring Clinical Research Freshers to support the execution and documentation of clinical trials. This role involves assisting in study setup, monitoring activities, and maintaining accurate patient and site-level data. It is an excellent opportunity for candidates who wish to begin a career in the clinical research and healthcare domain.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, record, and manage patient data from clinical trial sites

• Assist in maintaining study documents, logs, and reports

• Support trial monitoring activities under senior staff guidance

• Coordinate with clinical trial sites, investigators, and study teams

• Ensure compliance with study protocols, GCP guidelines, and SOPs

• Assist in reporting and preparing trial-related documentation

Requirements:

• Graduates in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biotechnology, or related fields

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Basic understanding of clinical trials is an advantage

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a structured and process-driven environment
