Opening For Clinical Pharmacist

We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in Shendra MIDC. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience and a diploma in pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Medication Management: Oversee and manage patient medication therapies, ensuring safe and effective use of prescriptions.

- Patient Consultations: Provide direct consultations to patients to discuss their medication regimens, including clarifying how to take medications and addressing any concerns.

- Collaboration with Healthcare Teams: Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care through effective medication management.

- Pharmacotherapy Monitoring: Monitor patients' responses to medications, adjusting therapies as required to enhance outcomes and prevent adverse effects.

- Education and Counseling: Educate patients and caregivers about medications, potential side effects, and the importance of adherence to prescribed treatment plans.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Knowledge of Pharmacology: Solid understanding of drug mechanisms, interactions, and side effects is essential to provide accurate information and recommendations.
