**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Patient Greeting:** Welcome patients warmly as they arrive at the clinic, ensuring a friendly and positive atmosphere.

- **Appointment Scheduling:** Manage patient appointments using the clinic's scheduling system, helping to organize the daily patient flow efficiently.

- **Medical Record Management:** Assist in maintaining accurate patient records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.

- **Assisting Healthcare Staff:** Support doctors and nurses by preparing examination rooms and providing necessary tools and equipment during patient care.

- **Patient Communication:** Clearly explain procedures and policies to patients, answering any questions they may have to ensure their comfort and understanding.

- **Basic Clinical Tasks:** Perform basic clinical duties such as checking vital signs and preparing patients for exams if required.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- Candidates should have completed at least their 10th-grade education and be female.
