Calculate budgets and adjustment when necessary.

Well-developed planning, risk and issue, management and delivery skills.

Experience of developed planning and managing external partnerships in the delivery of projects.

Demonstrable experience of running events from conception to competition.

Book venues and negotiate fees.

Work with guest of honors to ensure all requests are met.

Analyze event performance and prepare metrics presentation.

Define company brand through event.

Ensure staffs are adequately prepared for event.
