Role Summary
To support client relationship management and ensure smooth coordination and delivery of event services. The role involves proactive communication, timely execution, and high attention to client satisfaction across all stages of event planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Internal Coordination
Support in collecting client briefs and preparing proposals
Coordinate with creative, production, operations, and logistics teams
Maintain revision logs and approval updates
Event Planning Support
Assist in preparing event checklists, timelines, and flow plans
Follow up on deliverables with internal teams and vendors
On-Ground Support
Ensure branding, setup, and deliverables match client expectations
Support the senior CS team during execution
Document on-ground activities and report issues
Documentation & Admin
Assist in billing documentation, vendor sheets, and client files
Maintain project trackers and MIS updates
Weekly Review Meeting
Present a clear WIP summary during scheduled review meetings
