Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Client Servicing Executive to manage client relationships, develop compelling event pitches, and oversee end-to-end event servicing. The ideal candidate should have a strong ability to transform client briefs into innovative event concepts and deliver high-quality pitch presentations while ensuring seamless execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

•

Act as the primary point of contact for clients and understand their requirements in detail.

•

Lead the creation of impactful pitch presentations with strong creative concepts, structured content, and visually engaging designs.

•

Develop innovative event ideas, themes, and concepts aligned with client objectives and brand requirements.

•

Ensure presentations are professional, visually appealing, and effectively communicate the proposed solutions.

•

Independently manage multiple pitch presentations while meeting tight deadlines.

•

Demonstrate a strong understanding of corporate events, brand activations, conferences, exhibitions, and experiential marketing.

•

Translate client briefs into detailed execution plans for internal teams, including Creative, Production, and Operations.

•

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution in line with approved pitches and client expectations.

•

Manage the complete event lifecycle, from client briefing and proposal development to execution and project closure.

•

Handle multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality, timelines, or client satisfaction.

•

Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure a positive experience.

Requirements

•

1-4 years of experience in event client servicing, event planning, or pitch presentation development.

•

Strong expertise in creating high-quality pitch presentations with excellent content structuring and visual storytelling.
