Major Responsibilities Handling all enquiries & request of client related to projects, resolving the problem very swiftly. Strong knowledge of website. Following up with Client via phone() and emails. Creating and maintaining up to date daily task .Preparing daily reports of projects. Moreover you have to work closely with the Project Management team and fellow colleagues to deliver the project on time and accurately as per the requirements.
