we are looking for skilled and detail-oriented cleaning professionals for bathroom deep cleaning, sofa shampooing, and carpet cleaning services. you will be responsible for delivering top-notch service quality at customer locations while maintaining safety, hygiene, and professionalism.

key responsibilities:

perform deep cleaning of bathrooms, including tiles, fittings, floors, and glass areas using specialized equipment and eco-friendly chemicals.

carry out professional sofa shampooing, stain removal, vacuuming, and drying for all types of upholstery.

execute carpet cleaning using industry-standard machines, shampooing, vacuuming, and sanitization techniques.

ensure proper usage of urban company-provided tools, machinery, and cleaning agents.

follow safety protocols and hygiene standards while on-site.

communicate politely with customers, address basic queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.

adhere to urban company’s service guidelines and complete the job within specified timeframes.

skills & requirements:

prior experience in professional cleaning services preferred (minimum 6 months to 1 year).

knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and stain removal techniques.

good physical stamina and willingness to travel for on-site jobs.

basic communication skills in local language (hindi/marathi/english).

ability to follow instructions and deliver high customer satisfaction.
