Job Summary:

We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented Cleaning Professionals for bathroom deep cleaning, sofa shampooing, and carpet cleaning services. You will be responsible for delivering top-notch service quality at customer locations while maintaining safety, hygiene, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform deep cleaning of bathrooms, including tiles, fittings, floors, and glass areas using specialized equipment and eco-friendly chemicals.

Carry out professional sofa shampooing, stain removal, vacuuming, and drying for all types of upholstery.

Execute carpet cleaning using industry-standard machines, shampooing, vacuuming, and sanitization techniques.

Ensure proper usage of Urban Company-provided tools, machinery, and cleaning agents.

Follow safety protocols and hygiene standards while on-site.

Communicate politely with customers, address basic queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Adhere to Urban Company’s service guidelines and complete the job within specified timeframes.

Skills & Requirements:

Prior experience in professional cleaning services preferred (minimum 6 months to 1 year).

Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and stain removal techniques.

Good physical stamina and willingness to travel for on-site jobs.

Basic communication skills in local language (Hindi/Marathi/English).

Ability to follow instructions and deliver high customer satisfaction.

Punctual, honest, and reliable work ethic.
