Responsibilities:
 Supervising construction activities on-site, including scheduling, coordinating and overseeing all aspects of the construction process.
 Monitoring work progress and ensuring that project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
 Ensuring that all materials used meet quality standards and comply with project specifications.
 Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of construction progress, including daily logs, photographs, and reports.
 Conducting regular inspections of the construction site to ensure that all work is being performed safely and in accordance with established procedures.
 Coordinating with subcontractors and other construction professionals to ensure that work is carried out according to project requirements.
 Providing guidance and direction to construction workers, ensuring that they are following all safety protocols and procedures.
 Ensuring that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained and that all regulatory requirements are met.
 Communicating regularly with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and construction managers, to ensure that everyone is kept up-to-date on project progress.
Qualifications:
 Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision.
 Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and procedures.
 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
 Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
 Strong organizational and time-management skills.
 Ability to work well under pressure and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 Knowledge of relevant construction regulations and safety standards.
 Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
