responsibilities:

 supervising construction activities on-site, including scheduling, coordinating and overseeing all aspects of the construction process.

 monitoring work progress and ensuring that project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.

 ensuring that all materials used meet quality standards and comply with project specifications.

 maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of construction progress, including daily logs, photographs, and reports.

 conducting regular inspections of the construction site to ensure that all work is being performed safely and in accordance with established procedures.

 coordinating with subcontractors and other construction professionals to ensure that work is carried out according to project requirements.

 providing guidance and direction to construction workers, ensuring that they are following all safety protocols and procedures.

 ensuring that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained and that all regulatory requirements are met.

 communicating regularly with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and construction managers, to ensure that everyone is kept up-to-date on project progress.

qualifications:

 minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision.

 strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and procedures.

 excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

 ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.

 strong organizational and time-management skills.

 ability to work well under pressure and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

 knowledge of relevant construction regulations and safety standards.

 strong leadership and problem-solving skills
