Looking For Civil Site Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee the civil construction activities for a 132 kV tower line project in the Khorda location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring safety, quality, and timely execution of tower foundations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise excavation, stub setting, reinforcement binding, and concreting for tower foundations (Open cast/Pile foundations).

Ensure alignment, leveling, and chimney casting as per approved drawings and OPTCL/PGCIL standards.

Manage on-site labor, subcontractors, and material supply (cement, aggregate, steel) to prevent project delays.

Maintain daily progress reports (DPR) and site measurement logs.

Coordinate with the Project Manager and safety teams to ensure accident-free execution.

Requirements:

Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or ITI (Civil) preferred (experienced candidates with standard graduation are also welcome).

Experience: 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience specifically in Transmission Line Civil Works / Tower Foundations.

Language: Knowledge of Odia and Hindi is highly preferred for smooth labor management.

Availability: Ready to join immediately or within short notice.
