Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate on-site civil construction activities to ensure they meet project specifications, timelines, and safety standards.
Interpret and execute plans, blueprints, and construction drawings.
Manage labor, materials, and equipment on site.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and statutory regulations (., PPE usage, site hazards).
Conduct daily site inspections and quality checks.
Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and suppliers.
Maintain accurate records such as work progress, material usage, labor attendance, and site diaries.
Report daily progress to the project manager or site engineer.
Identify and resolve site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
