Civil Site Supervisor (Male)

Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience: 2-8 Years | Location: On-Site

About the Role:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Civil Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities and ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations, labour, contractors, and subcontractors.

- Ensure execution of work as per drawings, specifications, and project schedule.

- Monitor material usage, quality checks, and maintain daily progress reports (DPR).

- Coordinate with Project Manager, Engineers, and Quality team for site requirements.

- Ensure safety compliance and adherence to IS codes and company SOPs.

- Handle layout, levelling, shuttering, reinforcement checking, and concreting supervision.

- Resolve on-site technical issues and report delays or deviations to management.

- Verify contractor bills, measurements, and material reconciliation.

Requirements:

- Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.

- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, site execution, bar bending schedule, and quantity estimation.

- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to work on-site and handle multiple teams.
