Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination

Develop Project Plans / Coordinate Work Activities/ Interior Planning.

Site Management

On-Site Supervision / Quality Control / Safety Management/Interior Design/Building & Site Construction.

Resource Management

Material Management / Equipment Management / Labour management

Communication

Liaison with Stakeholders / Reporting

Problem Solving

Issue Resolution / Adaptability

Compliance and Documentation

Regulatory Compliance / Documentation

Team Management

Supervise Workers / Training and Development

Budget Management

Cost Control / Resource Optimization

Key Skills and Attributes
