Civil Site Engineering

Responsibility

• Must have good knowledge in surveying, fixing bench mark for given road level and preparing level sheet based on the given site survey.

• Executing the project as per schedule and good knowledge in preparing Joint Measurement Report (JMR).

• Management of site activities and in-charge of all functions of the project including supervising the progress at site and monitoring the site labour force.

• Supervision of ongoing building work such as Brick /Block/ RCC Work, concreting, electrical, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, painting, plumbing etc., at all stages

• Extract quality work from Junior Engineers and site supervisors

.• Managing and solving labour problems at site and ensuring smooth work progress

.• Relevant experience in petrol retail outlet (bunk) construction and commercial retail outlets will be added advantage.
