Telephonic For Civil Quantity Surveyor Jobs (Freshers)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Civil Quantity Surveyor to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. This full-time position is suitable for candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience, and a minimum qualification of 12th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects by analyzing project specifications and materials, ensuring that all costs are accounted for.

- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets closely, tracking expenses and variances to help ensure projects are completed within the approved budget.

- Contract Administration: Assist in preparing and reviewing contracts, ensuring that all terms and conditions are clearly defined and adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.

- Site Measurements: Conduct site visits to take necessary measurements and collect data that helps in calculating material quantities and labor costs.

- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on project costs and progress to inform stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making throughout the project.

- Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure all aspects of construction align with budgets and schedules.

Applicants should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and good communication abilities. Proficiency in relevant software applications related to quantity surveying will be advantageous.
