01- Managing parts of construction projects

03- Undertaking surveys

04- Setting out sites and organizing facilities

05- Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly

06- supervising contracted staff

07- Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales

08- Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff.

09- Providing technical advice and solving problems on site

10- Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork

11- Liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and negotiating the price of materials
