1. Having technical knowledge of construction field. 2. Handle different kind of work like Building, Plum and UCR construction, Precast product installation.

3. Having knowledge of quantity Estimation

4. Project scheduling and execute site work smoothly

5.Quality control and checking

6.Taking measurement at the time of final billing

7.Having knowledge of Auto-cad software

8.Ability to handle site team and client.
