Exp 6 to 12 yrs

Location - Pune



Planning and execution, including site visit and meetings.

Working on PMRDA and PMC drawings, detailed layout with furniture and interior layouts

Working on FSI calculation

Check working drawings with detailed construction details and sections as per requirement of site

Manage multi projects per site visit and simultaneously coordinate with engineers, MEP consultants, contractor, etc.

End to end coordination between the Project Manager and consultants (RCC, MEP, Architect, MOEF etc)

Working on FSI & Non FSI calculation, MOEF - EC submission, MOD

submission and RERA working

Analyze building codes, by-laws, space and site requirements, and other technical documents and reports to determine their effect on architectural designs

Prepare/analyze information regarding design, materials, color, support during construction stage and provide inputs to agencies regarding the same

Draw rough and detailed scale plans for propertied based on preliminary
