Hiring For 12th Pass Freshers - Cinepolite Associate

We are seeking a dedicated Associate to work at our cinema in Kankarbagh, Patna. This full-time role is ideal for freshers who have completed their 12th grade education and are ready to engage with guests in the cinema environment.

As an Associate, your primary responsibilities will include managing the box office ticket counter, handling concession point of sale (POS) operations, and providing ushering services. This involves assisting guests, delivering services directly to their seats, and ensuring a pleasant experience throughout their visit.

The role requires male candidates who are comfortable working night shifts from 5 PM to 2 AM. You should be able to effectively communicate with guests, maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, and handle transactions accurately.

Key skills expected for this position include strong communication skills, customer service orientation, attention to detail, and basic cash handling abilities. You should also be adept at using POS systems for ticket sales and concessions.

This position is office-based, meaning all work will take place within the cinema. The working schedule includes night shifts, and ongoing training will be provided to help you succeed in your role.
