Chief Development Officer (CDO) - Job Profile

Overview:

As the Chief Development Officer, you will collaborate closely with senior management to strategize, refine, and oversee the company's development program. Your role encompasses the design, development, and implementation of new policies, procedures, and controls to identify and acquire new clients.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement strategic policies and procedures for the identification of new clients.

Conduct competitive market analysis to align product distribution goals with company norms.

Analyze national, regional, and city-wise markets to ensure competitiveness of products.

Collaborate with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to participate in and secure government projects through tender processes.

Formulate strategies and identify new prospective client channels to contribute to the firm's growth.

Foster and maintain corporate relationships with existing customers while actively seeking opportunities to expand distribution to new prospects.

Oversee the branding and promotion of the company catalog on social media, subject to approval from the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and CTO.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a senior development role, demonstrating strategic thinking and execution.

Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscapes.

Experience in government project procurement and tender processes.

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Ability to design and implement effective development strategies.

Knowledge of branding and promotion strategies, particularly on social media.

Collaborative mindset and effective communication skills.
