Urgent Requirement For Chief Finance Officer

The chief Financial Officer is responsible for overseeing the company's financial strategy, financial planning, accounting, budgeting, risk management, and overall financial performance. The CFO Provides strategic financial guidance to senior management and ensures compliance with applicable financial laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities :-

. Develop and implement the company's financial strategy and long- term financial plans.

. Manage accounting, finance, taxation, treasury, budgeting, and financial reporting functions.

. Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, cash- flow projections, and financial plans.

. Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to management and the board- of Directors.

. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statementsm MIS reports, and management reports.

. Monitor cash flow, working capital, investments, and overall financial liquidity.

. Provide financial insights and support senior management in strategic business decisions.

. Establish KPLs and financial performance measures to track business results.
