# Job Title: Chess Coach / Chess Trainer (Part-Time)

Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Chess Coach to teach chess to students, develop their strategic thinking, and help them improve their chess skills. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of chess fundamentals, practical playing experience, and the ability to teach students in a simple and engaging manner.

Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in chess coaching or chess training are encouraged to apply.

### Job Responsibilities

- Teach chess fundamentals, rules, and basic strategies to students.

- Train students in opening principles, middle-game strategies, and endgame techniques.

- Help students improve their tactical skills, logical thinking, concentration, and decision-making.

- Conduct regular practice sessions, chess puzzles, and mock games.

- Analyse students' games and explain mistakes with suitable improvement strategies.

- Prepare lessons according to students' skill levels, from beginners to intermediate players.

- Encourage students to participate in chess competitions and improve their performance.

- Maintain a positive, patient, and motivating learning environment.

- Track students' progress and provide regular feedback.

### Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience in chess coaching, chess training, or teaching chess.

- Good knowledge of chess rules, openings, tactics, positional play, and endgames.

- Strong communication and teaching skills.

- Patience and the ability to work with students of different skill levels.

- Ability to explain chess concepts clearly and practically.

- Responsible, punctual, and committed to students' development.

- A chess rating, tournament participation, coaching certification, or other chess achievements will be an advantage.

### Working Hours

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday

- Working Hours: 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM

- Daily Working Duration: 4 hours

- Weekly Off: Sunday

### Salary

- Monthly Salary: ₹10,000
