Opening For Chemistry Faculty

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Chemistry Faculty member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Chemistry and experience in preparing students for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET). The faculty member will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, developing curriculum, and ensuring student success in the subject.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Instruction: Deliver engaging and effective lectures on Chemistry topics relevant to the NCERT Syllabus. *Utilize a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles. * Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions and provide individual attention to students as needed.

2. Curriculum Development: â—‹ Develop and update comprehensive lesson plans and study materials that align with the NEET syllabus. â—‹ Create practice tests, quizzes, and assignments to reinforce student learning. â—‹ Ensure that the curriculum stays current with the latest changes in the NEET examination pattern.

3. Student Assessment and Support: ○ Monitor and assess students’ progress through regular tests and assessments. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their performance. ○ Valuations of test paper/ Error logs update. ○ Identify and address the learning needs of individual students.

4. Collaboration and Professional Development: â—‹ Collaborate with other faculty members to share best practices and improve teaching methodologies. â—‹ Conduct Labs so that students are well prepared for exams and they can relate the topis learnt in the theory classes â—‹ Participate in professional development activities to stay updated with the latest advancements in Chemistry and NEET preparation.

5. Administrative Duties: â—‹ Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and other administrative tasks. â—‹ Participate in parent-teacher meetings and provide updates on student progress.
