Chartered Accountant

Experience-2 or 3 years/MBA in Finance/CA

• Required in relationship role in NBFC managing relationship with Banks, FIs, NBFCs & investors

•The person will be single point of contact for assigned debt or equity relationship

•Ensure that the credit file is logged in real-time with the lender partner, without any queries or incomplete documentation.

•Facilitate the loan closing process and ensure all required policies, guidelines, and standards are met.

•Daily coordination with internal stakeholders such as underwriting, legal, etc. for pre & post- approval activities.

•Analyze the credit documentation for the credit approval, structure the loan parameters on the lending system, and communicate deal information to deal stakeholders.
