As a role Of - Senior Accounting and Business Support

*Key responsibilities of the job: The incumbent shall be a team member of a team size of 3~5 persons. He shall work closely with the team members and assist them on day to day client issues, carry out frequent follow up on client deliverables and abide by an established set of standard operating procedures.

*The responsibilities shall include but shall not be limited to:

Scrutiny of monthly accounting, management reports and review of books of accounts

Ensure client compliance deadlines are planned, executed and closed within the available time

Proactive in dealing with client issues. All issues must be properly studied, researched and closed within strict deadlines set

Responding and providing solutions on technical issues to clients and internal teams.

Ensuring systems and processes are being followed by subordinates.

Should ensure that Indian Accounting Standards are complied with while doing accounting of client

Should Ensure that GST law is complied with while doing accounting of client.

Should have good knowledge of Filing GST Return & TDS Return.

Should have good knowledge of ITR filing & advance tax computation.

Regularly discuss and report client issues to the Manager or Partner.

Building and strengthening client relationships through regular meetings.

Guide, direct and motivate team members and team building.

Ensuring timely invoice are sent to client & collection come on time.

*Profile of the incumbent

Expert in accounting issues and accounting standards. Ind-AS will an added advantage.

Expert knowledge of tax withholding, payroll processing, direct and indirect tax compliances.

Basic understanding of labour laws, economic laws, exchange control matters and Companies Act 2013.

Work experience in GST will be an added advantage.

Should have analytical thought processes to understand and interpret legal provisions of relevant laws.
