Required Candidate profile:

Candidate should have an excellent communication skills.

Candidate should be comfortable in day to day travelling in the designated area.

Candidate should be able to handle team.

Candidate should be well aware with the regional language of that area.

Must have 2-3 years of experience in similar profile

Must have basic IT tools knowledge

Roles & Responsibilities:

To acquire Technicians and free lancers to be associated with Waaree experts.

Must have experience in handling channel distribution

Improve, Change and Build upon the sales process for maximizing returns & drive Sales

Excellence initiatives through the team of Regional Managers, thereby ensuring Key

Performance Indicators parameters are met/exceeded.

To ensure each technician shall achieve their monthly top line and bottom line along

with SBU Top line and bottom-line.

Making sales pitch, value propositions and presentation.

Responsible for sales and service of all products and revenue generation.

To offer continuous support to Waaree Experts, to ensure the overall success of the

company as well as accounts.

To be in continuous touch with franchisee
