Associate Channel Development Manager to support the growth and performance of our Agency Business Partner Channel. This role focuses on developing strong relationships with agency partners, driving productivity, ensuring consistent sales performance, and implementing programs to grow channel engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Channel Development & Expansion: Identify, onboard, and support new agency business partners to increase channel footprint.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing agency partners to ensure engagement and long-term collaboration.

Sales Ennoblement: Equip agency partners with necessary tools, product knowledge, and training to improve productivity and compliance.

Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on partner performance against KPIs and sales targets.

Campaign Implementation: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to roll out targeted campaigns and sales initiatives through agency channels.

Problem Resolution: Address and resolve partner concerns or operational bottlenecks swiftly and effectively.

Market Intelligence: Gather insights on competitor strategies, market dynamics, and partner needs to enhance channel strategies.

Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure partners adhere to regulatory, branding, and operational guidelines.
