CCTV Operator (Male)

CCTV Operator - Vadodara | Full-Time | On-Site

Salary: ₹20,000 In-Hand per month

Monitor CCTV cameras and identify/report suspicious activities or incidents.

Coordinate with the CCTV/security team and ensure proper shift coverage.

Supervise the team, maintain discipline, attendance and task accountability.

Maintain incident and daily monitoring records.

Coordinate with management during security incidents.

Check CCTV system functionality and report technical issues.

Identify security gaps and suggest improvements.

Requirements: 5+ years of CCTV/security supervision experience, good observation and communication skills, and ability to manage a team.

Retired security/CCTV personnel are also welcome to apply.
