Job Description

We are hiring a CCTV Support Engineer responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of CCTV surveillance systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in technical troubleshooting, system configuration, and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and configure CCTV cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and related software/hardware.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with surveillance systems.

Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance.

Perform firmware updates and network configurations.

Maintain documentation of system installations and service logs.

Coordinate with clients for system requirements and provide training.

Ensure systems comply with security and regulatory standards.

Collaborate with IT and network teams for seamless integration
