Cargo Supervisor (Freshers) Howrah

- supervise the loading and unloading of cargo from trucks and containers: the cargo supervisor will oversee the efficient and safe handling of cargo to and from trucks and containers, ensuring that all items are handled with care to prevent damage.

- allocate resources and manpower effectively: the cargo supervisor will assign tasks to cargo handlers and staff, ensuring that work is distributed evenly and completed in a timely manner.

- maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing cargo: the cargo supervisor will be responsible for documenting all cargo that enters and leaves the facility, including verifying quantities and inspecting for any damages.

- ensure compliance with safety regulations: the cargo supervisor will enforce safety protocols and guidelines to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries during cargo handling operations.

- coordinate with other departments: the cargo supervisor will collaborate with other teams such as logistics, warehouse, and transportation to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
