Cargo Supervisor Fresher

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Cargo Supervisor for our Ranchi office. This position is perfect for freshers who have completed their 12th grade and are eager to enter the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Cargo Management**: Oversee the loading, unloading, and storage of cargo to ensure it is handled safely and efficiently. You will track shipments and manage inventory to maintain accurate records.

- **Team Coordination**: Work closely with team members to coordinate activities in the cargo area. This includes assigning tasks, ensuring everyone follows safety protocols, and maintaining a positive work environment.

- **Customer Interaction**: Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on cargo status and address any inquiries or concerns they may have, helping to facilitate smooth operations.

- **Compliance Monitoring**: Ensure that all cargo processes adhere to local regulations and safety guidelines. Regular audits will be conducted to maintain compliance and quality standards.
