Key Responsibilities and Duties

Documentation: Prepare export/import records, air waybills, and cargo manifests.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to hazardous materials protocols and customs regulations.
IT & Systems Support: Use integrated cargo systems for tracking, issue triaging, and updating shipment data.
Loading & Coordination: Coordinate with ground handling to ensure timely loading/unloading to reduce aircraft ground time.
Customer Service: Address customer inquiries regarding shipment status.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
