We are looking for a Cargo Associate to join our team in Khagaria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling cargo operations with attention to detail and a focus on safety.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Cargo Handling:** Safely load and unload cargo from vehicles and containers, ensuring that all items are handled carefully to avoid damage.

- **Inventory Management:** Keep accurate records of cargo received and dispatched to ensure proper inventory control and tracking.

- **Documentation:** Prepare and process various shipping documents, including bills of lading and customs paperwork, ensuring all information is entered correctly.

- **Equipment Operation:** Use forklifts and other equipment to move cargo around the facility, following safety regulations at all times.

- **Quality Checks:** Inspect packages for quality and accuracy before shipping, addressing any discrepancies with supervisors.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with co-workers to ensure smooth cargo operations and timely deliveries, maintaining effective communication at all times.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have completed their 10th-grade education. Basic understanding of cargo handling and safety procedures is preferred but not mandatory as training will be provided. Good physical health is essential, as this job involves lifting and moving heavy items. Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a team are important qualities.
