Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle cargo documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping labels.
2. Coordinate with freight forwarders: Communicate with shipping companies to schedule and track deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of cargo.
3. Manage inventory: Monitor levels of stock in the warehouse, and coordinate with vendors to replenish supplies as needed.
4. Ensure compliance with regulations: Understand and adhere to safety and security protocols to meet industry standards and prevent any violations.
5. Assist in loading and unloading: Support the loading and unloading of cargo from trucks, ships, or airplanes, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
