A Cargo Executive manages end-to-end air cargo operations, including handling, documentation, and tracking for domestic/international shipments. They ensure compliance with safety/regulatory standards (IATA, DG), manage warehouse storage, and coordinate with customs and ground staff for efficient loading/unloading. The role requires high-stress tolerance and, often, rotational shifts

Requirements

Education: Graduate from a recognized university.

Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in, or ability to learn, cargo management systems.

Experience: Prior experience in cargo operations or logistics is often preferred.

Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Common Challenges

Meeting strict deadlines and handling last-minute, high-pressure changes.

Managing cargo discrepancies or weather-related disruptions.
