We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Caretaker to maintain a safe and clean environment in our facilities in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate has 2 to 8 years of experience and holds a diploma.
Key responsibilities include:
- **Cleaning and Maintenance**: You will regularly clean and organize various areas, ensuring everything is tidy and in good condition. This includes dusting, mopping, and sanitizing spaces.
- **Safety Checks**: You will conduct safety inspections of the property. This means reporting any hazards, such as leaks or broken equipment, to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
- **Assisting with Events**: You may help set up and take down for events, which involves arranging furniture, setting up equipment, and ensuring all supplies are available.
- **Inventory Management**: You will be responsible for keeping track of cleaning supplies and equipment. This includes ordering new supplies when needed and ensuring everything is stored properly.
Required skills and expectations include:
- Strong attention to detail to maintain high cleanliness standards.
