Qualifications for the position include a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or a related field, with a preference for a master's degree. Proven experience in career counseling or a related role, familiarity with career development theories and tools, and knowledge of the local job market are essential requirements.

The compensation for this full-time, regular/permanent position ranges from 12,000 to 18,000 INR per month, based on the candidate's experience.
