Overview-A caretaker is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep of a property or establishment, including tasks like routine cleaning, minor repairs, security monitoring, landscaping, and ensuring all equipment is in good working order; essentially overseeing the property's condition while it is unoccupied or when the owner is away.

Key responsibilities of a caretaker may include:

Cleaning and Maintenance:

Performing daily cleaning tasks like sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, window cleaning, and trash removal.

Minor Repairs:

Fixing minor issues like leaky faucets, replacing light bulbs, patching small damages to walls or floors.

Security Monitoring:

Checking doors and windows for security, monitoring security systems, and reporting any suspicious activity.

Landscaping:

Maintaining the grounds by mowing lawns, trimming hedges, weeding, and planting flowers.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS DIPLOMA

EXPERIENCE: FRESHERS/ EXPERIENCE
