Job Description

we are seeking a trustworthy and multi-skilled car driver cum pantry & office assistant to support our day-to-day operations. the ideal candidate should be a safe and punctual driver, able to maintain office cleanliness, prepare tea/coffee, and assist with basic administrative work.

prepare and serve tea and coffee for staff and visitors.

maintain pantry stock (tea, coffee, snacks, water bottles, etc.) and ensure cleanliness.

assist in receiving and organizing supplies or groceries for the pantry.

perform light cleaning of office areas (pantry, meeting rooms, and reception area).

handle photocopying, filing, and delivery of office documents when required.

support basic administrative tasks such as courier handling, purchasing office materials, and running office errands.
