Roles & Responsibilities

* Supervise daily restaurant service operations in the assigned section.

* Ensure guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service.

* Lead, guide, and support stewards to maintain smooth operations.

* Handle guest queries and resolve complaints professionally.

* Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for timely order execution.

* Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.

* Train team members on SOPs, menu knowledge, and service etiquette.

* Monitor table turnover and ensure efficient section management.

* Uphold food safety and hospitality standards.

Requirements

* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong knowledge of food & beverage service and restaurant operations.

* Ability to lead a team and manage a service section independently.

* Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.

* Well-groomed, presentable, and able to work in rotational shifts.
