HEALTH CHECK-UP CAMP MANAGER (3-7 Years)

Role Purpose:

To plan, coordinate and execute high-impact Health Check-up Camps with seamless coordination between corporate/institutional clients, doctors, diagnostic teams and patients-ensuring maximum participation, operational excellence and business conversion'.

Key Responsibilities-

- Plan & execute health camps end-to-end- corporate, schools, hospitals & institutions

- Coordinate, client acquisition, permissions, logistics, manpower & medical teams

- Ensure smooth conduct of Pathology, Radiology & Preventive Health Screening

- Drive camp registration, patient engagement, reporting & follow-up

- Build strong relationships with HR Heads, Admins, Institutions & Corporate Decision Makers

- Maintain daily MIS and submit camp-wise performance reports

- Develop repeat business through post-camp engagement and corporate follow-ups

Ideal Candidate-

- Graduate with 2-5 years’ experience in Healthcare, Diagnostics, Medical Camps, Corporate Sales or Hospital Operations

- Strong field orientation with ability to manage multiple camps simultaneously
