We are looking for a Calling Executive to join our team in Alappuzha. This position is part-time and allows you to work from home. The ideal candidate should possess great communication skills and be eager to learn.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Making Calls**: You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers. This involves introducing our products and services and engaging them in conversation.
- **Providing Information**: You need to explain our offerings clearly and answer any questions that customers may have, ensuring they have a good understanding of what we provide.
- **Collecting Feedback**: You'll gather feedback from customers after conversations, which helps improve our services and understand customer needs better.
- **Updating Records**: It’s essential to maintain accurate records of calls made and customer interactions, ensuring all information is logged properly for future reference.
- **Meeting Targets**: You will be expected to achieve daily or weekly calling targets, which contribute to the overall success of our team.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
Candidates should have completed at least the 12th grade and possess strong verbal communication skills. A friendly demeanor and the ability to engage customers are important.
