Job Description:

Call Analyzer & Transcribers are responsible for transcribing and summarizing calls as per the process requirement.

Performs call monitoring to meet the quality parameters.

Take up the responsibility for the assigned task.

Keep on asking for reviews and feedback from your peers.

Reporting back to Supervisors daily.

Ensuring quality work is delivered within defined timelines.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Education Qualification: HSC/ Graduation/Undergraduate

Compensation Details: Max 16k/ month

Notice Period: Immediate.
