job description:

• call analyzer & transcribers are responsible for transcribing and summarizing calls as per the process requirement.

• performs call monitoring to meet the quality parameters.

• take up the responsibility for the assigned task.

• keep on asking for reviews and feedback from your peers.

• reporting back to supervisors daily.

• ensuring quality work is delivered within defined timelines.

• perform other duties as assigned.

education qualification: hsc/ graduation/undergraduate

compensation details: max ₹16k/ month
