Job Description:

• Call Analyzer & Transcribers are responsible for transcribing and summarizing calls as per the process requirement.

• Performs call monitoring to meet the quality parameters.

• Take up the responsibility for the assigned task.

• Keep on asking for reviews and feedback from your peers.

• Reporting back to Supervisors daily.

• Ensuring quality work is delivered within defined timelines.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education Qualification: HSC/ Graduation/Undergraduate

Compensation Details: Max ₹16k/ month

Notice Period: Immediate.
