Job description:

Roles & Responsibilities - Calibration

1) Verification of all instruments and gauges calibration status in ACECMS software.

2) Instruments and gauges collection from all plants (PG1, PG2, PVEE, ANNEX) and

supplier end.

3) Calibration reports preparation and upload in software for all instruments & gauges.

4) Instruments and gauges issue to all plants and supplier end.

5) Calibration issue, details update in software for all instruments and gauges.

6) All instruments like Micrometer, verniercaliper, Jigs & Fixtures, Plug gauge, Snap

gauge, Receiver gauge,Ring gauge Air ring gauge and master gear inspection.

7) Handling of 2D height gauge, Profile projector, Roughness tester and Hardness

tester.

8) Micrometer and Plunger dial - Service and error correction.

9) Drawing study & GD & T knowledge.

10) SAP handling codes - QA32, MMBE, MB51, ME2L,

ME23N,CO11,ZSTOCK,QP01,COOIS,MM03,ZISSUES

11) Mail follow up for all new equipments and gauges.

12) Gauge planning for all new developmentparts & Excel sheet preparation.

13) New equipment purchasing including Enquiry from supplier, PRS preparation with

approved with top management. PO followup& verification PO mail send to supplier

end.

14) External calibration arrangements and verification of reports.

15) AMC arrangement for 2D, profile projector, Hardness tester, Air gauge & Multigauge.

16) Courier arrangement for gauge, fixture component as per instruction of sir.

17) Component master preparation - OPD,Span, OD, ID, Roll test mandrel.

18) Roll test mandrel and Bunk - Drawing preparation.

19) Taper plug and Ring gauge inspection with sine bar , sine centre.

20) Inspection and gauges equipment maintenance on daily basis.

21) MSA study as per the plan.

22) Calibration report filing & File arrangement.

23) Daily basis Room temperature, Humidity checks sheet updating.

24) All equipment number issuing & engraving - Gauge excel list entry.

25) Prepare all records and Documents as per ISO & IATF standards.

26) Attend the New product development meeting for new gauge procurements.

27) Prepare all calibration stickers with due date and pasting on each instrument.

28) Coordinating with customer for inspection of new parts, Customer audit attend

29) Inspection work - FMC all parts (Stage to Final inspection)

30) Inspection work - SAME Bevel gear Teeth cutting - Final inspection.
