Hiring For 10th Pass Freshers - Cabin Crew

We are seeking enthusiastic male candidates for the position of Cabin Crew in Tumkur. In this full-time office-based role, you will be responsible for ensuring the comfort and safety of passengers during flights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Passenger Safety: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed, including conducting pre-flight checks and assisting with emergency procedures.

- Customer Service: Attend to passengers' needs before, during, and after the flight, providing excellent service to enhance their travel experience.

- Food and Beverage Service: Serve meals and drinks to passengers, ensuring their preferences and dietary restrictions are taken into account.

- Conflict Resolution: Address any passenger issues or complaints professionally and calmly to maintain a pleasant atmosphere on board.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow cabin crew members and pilots to ensure smooth operations and communication throughout the flight.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Must have completed at least the 10th grade to be eligible for this role.

- Strong communication skills are essential to interact effectively with passengers and colleagues.
