**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Passenger Safety:** Ensure that all safety protocols are followed, including conducting pre-flight checks and assisting with emergency procedures.

- **Customer Service:** Attend to passengers' needs before, during, and after the flight, providing excellent service to enhance their travel experience.

- **Food and Beverage Service:** Serve meals and drinks to passengers, ensuring their preferences and dietary restrictions are taken into account.

- **Conflict Resolution:** Address any passenger issues or complaints professionally and calmly to maintain a pleasant atmosphere on board.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with fellow cabin crew members and pilots to ensure smooth operations and communication throughout the flight.
