**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Service:** Greet and assist passengers as they board the plane, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable.

- **Safety Procedures:** Demonstrate and explain safety protocols to passengers, including how to use emergency equipment and the location of exits.

- **In-flight Assistance:** Attend to passenger needs during the flight, including serving food and beverages, answering questions, and providing support.

- **Conflict Resolution:** Handle any issues or complaints that may arise during the flight calmly and professionally.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with fellow crew members to ensure smooth operation and coordination throughout the flight.
